Subject: Good Garage Scheme 5 Star Rating for Sterling

Sterling Automotive provide car servicing, repairs and MOT testing for all makes of car and are specialists in MG, Rover, Mini, Land Rover and Jaguar cars.

Since joining the Good Garage Scheme in May, over 30 service customers from Sterling Automotive have sent their customer survey responses back to the scheme to share their views on the level of service offered by the Eastbourne based car service and repair centre.

The survey asks customers to indicate their level of satisfaction in four key areas:

  • Helpfulness and attitude of staff
  • Quality of updates during service/repair
  • Standard of work
  • General satisfaction overall

It goes on to ask if they would recommend the centre to other people and if they will go back in future before inviting voluntary additional comments. These responses are then collated and count toward a Good Garage Scheme rating for the business which is posted on the Good Garage Scheme website, enabling members of the public to see how good or bad a garage is before taking their car there.

In just a few short weeks, Sterling Automotive notched up a five star rating in every area and received some very encouraging comments from customers, such as:

Their claim to give 'the best of main dealer service at independent prices' is no exaggeration. What's more I have confidence in their work which is not something you always have with using a main dealers service.

  • Clean modern workshop. Transported to and from home. Good to have a specialist garage.
  • What a service, staff were friendly & very helpful, no cowboys here. They even washed my car before returning it to me. Outstanding value.
  • I found all aspects of my service with Sterling excellent and will definitely recommend to other Rover owners.
